Under Charlie Sheen, Dolly Fox confirmed the recollection of the “Platoon” star in a new memoir, “The Book of Sheen,” in which Bill Clinton once tried to steal her in the ’80s.
Sheen wrote about time while filming 1987’s Roads for Three Roads with Alan Luck in Arkansas when the cast visited the governor’s mansion. “I was answering the reporter’s question as Luck heard Clinton’s whispers to his entourage: “Find out what you can do about the brunette,” the brunette was Dolly. ”
Fox confirmed the incident with Page Six and found out he has multiple ties to Clinton!
She was a member of Miss America 1982, Elizabeth Ward. He claims he made an attempt with Clinton. Fox also said, “Hilary (Clinton) and my mother have become very good friends.”
Fox’s late mother, Yolande, was Miss America in 1951, an activist who hosted political events at the Newton D. Baker House, a Georgetown home.
Fox said her mother is on good terms with Clinton’s mother, Virginia Kelly, and “they’ll go to the racetrack together.”
Fox’s mom even hosted one of Clinton’s official inauguration policies in Washington, DC, she explained.
“And it’s going to be crazy because Monica Lewinsky’s mother was my mother’s friend!” she said. “You can’t make up for it. I have a picture of President Clinton having a five-year-old daughter. Everything is just such a funny story of incest,” she said.
She never mentioned Clinton about the incident and didn’t really think about it until Sheen published his book.
At the time, “I wasn’t even me or ‘me’ so I was used to it. I laughed at it,” she said.
Fox is currently producing a play about Dorothy Dandridge.
Sheen wrote in the book that he told Clinton’s story to fellow rehabilitation patients. “I was still in a pretty diminished detoxmed, but no one believed me,” he wrote. “I literally yelled out to the group huddled around the TV. (And here we are).”
