Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow says Brad Pitt has “female beauty” to thank for why he still looks so beautiful at age 62.
Dr. Dubrow weighed in on the “misSpelling” podcast on Monday about the “F1” star’s youthful appearance and whether Pitt has had plastic surgery.
Dr. Dubrow, 67, told host Tori Spelling: “The one person who managed to get away with it – and I don’t know what he did – but he doesn’t look old at all and he doesn’t look like he’s had plastic surgery is Brad Pitt.”
“Brad Pitt looks really good,” he added. “And we don’t know if he’s had cosmetic surgery, but we know he’s had it.”
Spelling, 52, went on to say that the “Fight Club” star’s “overall personality, skin and everything else has improved since he got sober,” and attributed Pitt’s new look to a recent “lifestyle change.”
But Dr. Dubrow gave a “theory” as to why Pitt, 62, “looks good and doesn’t look weird.”
“So why does Brad Pitt, who is 60 years old, with no wrinkles or sagging skin on his face, look okay, but why does a 60 or 65-year-old man with no wrinkles or sagging look weird?” the celebrity plastic surgeon asked.
“Because Brad Pitt’s looks are based on the beauty of women,” he replied. “If you look at him in ‘Legends of the Fall,’ he’s more attractive than any of the women in this movie. He’s more beautiful.”
Dr. Dubrow listed the names of other “pretty men” such as Rob Lowe and John Stamos, before explaining that “feminizing plastic surgery can make you look better.”
“But if you’re a different kind of handsome that’s not based on feminine appearance, and you’ve had feminizing plastic surgery, that’s very strange,” Dr. Dubrow told Spelling.
“To stop looking weird, when you’re in your 60s, late 50s, early 70s, you have to undergo full plastic surgery to become a feminine-looking man,” he concluded. “That’s fine.”
A representative for Pitt did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Although the “Super Express” star has not publicly admitted that he has had plastic surgery, speculation that he had had it started after Pitt looked much younger at the Wimbledon tennis tournament in July 2023.
The rumors gained further momentum when Pitt and girlfriend Ines de Ramon, 33, attended the Venice Film Festival together in September 2024.
“Brad’s video went viral because people can’t believe how beautiful he still looks at 60,” cosmetic physician Dr. Johnny Betteridge told The Sun in January 2024.
Referring to photos of Pitt before and after Wimbledon in 2023, he added: “If you look at the pictures I’ve posted, Brad looks like he’s had plastic surgery,” adding, “The changes back then were significant.”
