Karl Radke has made an incredibly “sweet” update on where he stands with his ex-fiance, Lindsay Hubbard.
The reality TV star has revealed that Hubbard has supported the recent opening of his new non-alcoholic bar and cafe “Soft Bar” along with some of his new “Summerhouse” castmates.
During his six-page radio appearance on Wednesday, Radke told co-hosts Danny Murphy and Evan Real that it was “good” to see his ex visiting his bar. He said that Hubbard felt “impressed” by what she saw.
“I think when she took it, she was like, ‘Oh, it’s actually here.’ So she was there, it was really sweet for her to stop by,” he shared.
“It was an honor to see her take the time to come, given everything that happened between us. It was just cool to see it.”
Last year, fans speculated that 40-year-old Radke named “softbar” and throws shade at 39-year-old Hubbard. However, he exclusively shut down the rumors in a statement to page 6, 6, informing him that he had drawn inspiration for the name from his travels in Europe.
The entrepreneur told Page 6 radio that he and Hubbard have been “a better path” despite having been “in a different direction” since the split.
“There’s a lot of mutual connections and friends. There’s a lot of history. I’m sometimes laughing at the past with her,” he explained. “But I think we are taking the right step.
The former couple started out as friends and held a meeting in 2016 before filming season 1 of “Summer House.” Viewers saw each pursue a different relationship until they hit a romance in season 7.
Radke and Hubbard announced their engagement in August 2022, and the following summer was a messy split. The dramatic camera conversation in which Radke canceled their engagement was featured in the season finale.
Despite the tension between the pair being prevalent throughout the season, the Hub House founder reportedly felt “blinded” by Radke’s decision to finish things off on camera.
“It’s all very raw. The dust isn’t settling on it yet,” the source told us every week in August 2023, adding that the salesman was “meaning enough” to “came a wedding on camera.”
“An ordinary person who loves someone never parted ways with their loved one on camera,” they added.
In Season 9, Exes’ unpleasant reunion saw even more troublesome reunion due to the fact that Hubbard is pregnant and expects a baby girl with biotechnology investor Turner Kufe.
Hubbard and Kufe dated a few years ago, but reconnected after their engagement to Radke ended. They welcomed their daughter Gemma in December 2024.
Bravolebrity revealed that they broke up in June, but claimed they were “focused on being the best parents.”
Radke was discovered last summer along with a mystery brunette on the heels of Hubbard’s pregnancy news, but now appears to be single.
