Cardi B fought back tears on the opening night of her Little Miss Drama Tour on Wednesday after sparking rumors of a feud with Stefon Diggs.
“I don’t want to get emotional,” the rapper said on stage. Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California, according to a TikTok video.
“I just want to say to you, don’t let anyone take away your happiness,” she concluded, launching into her song “Girls Like You” with Maroon 5.
The Grammy Award winner began a two-month tour after sparking rumors of a breakup with the New England Patriots wide receiver during the 2026 Super Bowl.
During the championship game against the Seattle Seahawks, Cardi seemed aloof when an ESPN reporter asked for words of encouragement for Diggs before taking the field.
Before walking away, she simply said, “Good luck.”
Cardi also appeared on Bad Bunny’s halftime show, but ended up leaving shortly after.
The two unfollowed each other on social media shortly after the Super Bowl, where the Seahawks dominated the Patriots.
Diggs had previously teased the pair’s engagement, so fans were shocked by the news.
“It’s on the agenda,” he told reporters on Super Bowl opening night. “Maybe? First I have to get (a Super Bowl ring).”
“As someone important to me, I really appreciate Cardi’s support,” Diggs added of Cardi’s support during football season.
“It’s a level of gratitude because she’s an amazing woman. For her to be there for me, as you can imagine, is tough. I have a lot to deal with, but I never want to let her know that I appreciate her being there. She supported me not only at the games, but when she wasn’t there.”
Cardi and Diggs welcomed a son together in November, and she shares daughters Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 1, with ex-husband Offset.
“She was watching the game,” he exclaimed. “She texted me before and after the game to make sure I was OK.”
