After months of speculation, Cardi B and NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs appeared to confirm their relationship with a co-appearance in the Knicks Celtics playoff game at Madison Square Garden on May 12th.
This is Cardi’s first public relationship since the split from Offset, with her seven-year ex-husband sharing three children, Kurcha, Wave and Blossom. Diggs kept his love life almost private, but he has his daughter Nova along with his ex-girlfriend Tyler Marie.

October 2024
Cardi and Diggs sparked dating rumors in October. On a live Instagram live, the rapper denied speculation and called it “crazy.”
February 2025
TMZ released a video of the pair at a New York City nightclub, causing fans to question the circumstances of their relationship.
Later in the month, TMZ shared a second video of Cardi and Diggs, who arrived together at a hotel in Miami over Valentine’s Day weekend.
April 2025
On April 11, Diggs revealed on Instagram Live that she is not single, answering questions from fans. He didn’t name his partner, but his comments further fueled speculation that he and Cardi had seen each other considering their recent sightings.
During the X Space aired on April 27th, Cardi made some comments about her new relationship, but did not share the identity of her partner. “When you get a gorgeous (man) who loves you from head to toe, it’s like I really don’t fuck anything someone says,” she told listeners.
May 2025
On May 5th, Cardi and Diggs were seen heading towards the Met Gala After-Party seconds apart after taking part in the annual fashion event separately.
A week later, the couple made their first official release in Game 4 of the Knicks-Celtics Playoff series. They arrived at Madison Square Garden and sat courtside with other celebrities, including Kylie Jenner, Timothy Chalamett, Kendall Jenner, and Mary J. Briguet.
They were loving during the game. Cardi touched Diggs’ face and at one point Diggs placed his arms around her.
Cardi shared clips of nails and gems on her Instagram story, but she avoided posting pictures of Diggs.
June 2025
On June 1st, Cardi formed a relationship with officials on Diggs Instagram and shared a carousel that includes photos of the couple’s loving yacht and a video of them dancing on their laps. She also posted pictures of teddy bears, diamond stack wrists and a large bouquet of red roses. She captioned the shot. “Chapter 5…Hello Chapter 6.”
Diggs shared his own Instagram post featuring two courtside photos from the Knicks game, with the caption, “Until May, what a thank you… I have to focus.”

September 2025
On September 16, Cardi told today’s show that he would “we’ll get married again,” calling himself “desperate romantic.” The next day, she announced that she was expecting her fourth child.
“I’m excited. I’m happy,” she told CBS Morning. “I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong. I feel very strong in doing all of this work. But I do all of this work while I’m having a baby.”
She went on to say that Diggs made her feel “very safe” and “very confident.” In particular, she did the album, Am I The Drama from September 19th?
“Two weeks ago I was literally having a panic attack. I was like crying, crying and crying because the whole album was rolled out and I was really nervous,” she admitted. “People were coming to me very hard.
