Buddy Valastro is celebrating 24 years of marriage with his wife Lisa Valastro.
“24 years ago, I married the love of my life. Every day since then has been a blessing,” Buddy, 48, wrote in the caption of a video montage he shared on Instagram on Tuesday, Oct. 14.
“You are my best friend, my greatest love, and the heart of our family. Happy anniversary Lisa, I couldn’t love you more ❤️❤️,” he concluded.
In the video, which was soundtracked by Chris Stapleton’s “Joy of My Life,” the Cake Boss star thanks his wife during his 2024 Emmy acceptance speech, when he won the Outstanding Food Host award for his show, Legends of the Fork. Elsewhere, Lisa, 46, spoke about the early days of their relationship on an episode of Cake Boss.
In the clip, Buddy says, “That was a great date,” to which Lisa replies, “Remember, our first official date was at lunch?”
Asked if she knew Buddy was “the one” that early on, Lisa said, “I definitely knew by probably the second or third date.” Buddy also added photos from their 2001 New Jersey wedding, including the couple posing with their wedding cake.
Lisa also shared a video montage in honor of their wedding anniversary.
“24 years of marriage to my best friend ❤️ Thank you for loving me forever, making me laugh every day, and building such a beautiful life together. Happy anniversary, I love you always!” she wrote in an Instagram caption.
Her videos featured moments of the couple dancing and spending time with their four children, Sophia, Buddy Jr., Marco, and Carlo, including photos from their early days running Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey, where Cake Boss is located. The video is soundtracked by Taylor Swift’s “Lover.”

Buddy has previously spoken about the importance of family. The baker and host, who started working at Carlo’s Bakery when he was 11 years old, said he hopes his children will follow in his footsteps.
“They all really want to be in the family business, and I hope they do too. I’m really looking forward to seeing the next generation take over,” he told PEOPLE in 2022. “But I never want to force them to do it. I want them to do it because they love it.”
