She is ready to start jogging in the waves.
It was just announced that Brooks Nader has been cast as a lifeguard in FOX’s upcoming Baywatch reboot, and we hear she’s already preparing for the role.
“She has been undergoing religious training for the past few weeks,” the source said.
The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model already has an enviable figure, but we hear she’s been strength training with a personal trainer in preparation for the series’ iconic red suit.
(In 2023, she appeared on the cover of a magazine wearing a red dress and looked perfect for the role.)
“She’s very excited about the next step in her career,” the source says.
Nader plays himself on the reality show Love Thy Nader, which also stars his sister Sarah Jane, Mary Holland, and Grace Ann. She also competed on “Dancing with the Stars” in 2024.
She also did a bit of acting, playing “Lisa the Orderly” in the 2018 Sylvester Stallone film Backtrace.
According to Deadline, the new Baywatch will begin production this spring at the Fox Studio lot in Venice Beach and Century City, and will also star Stephen Amell, Jessica Belkin, Hussie Harrison, Thaddeus LaGrone, and original series star David Chokachi.
Nader will play Selene, “the virulent captain of Zuma Beach’s lifeguards,” the character description says.
The original series, starring David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, aired from 1989 to 2001. A movie starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Zac Efron was also released in 2017.
Nader was photographed chatting with Kevin Costner at the opening event for the Las Vegas location of members’ club Zero Bond at the Wynn Hotel this weekend.
