Let’s spice up the scandal.
DJ Fat Tony has finally spoken out in detail about Victoria Beckham’s “awkward” dance that “humiliated” Brooklyn Beckham at his wedding to Nicola Peltz in April 2022.
The 60-year-old clarified on Friday’s This Morning that there were “no slut falls, no PVC catsuits (and) no Spice Girl action.”
He noted that Brooklyn, 26, calling the moment “inappropriate” had more to do with “timing” than the move itself.
Tony recalled that Ms. Peltz, 31, ran from the room in tears after Marc Anthony asked Brooklyn to dance with “the most beautiful woman in the room” and called the former Spice Girl.
“Brooklyn is stuck on stage and they’re doing this dance, and Marc Anthony says, ‘Put your hands on your mom’s hips,'” an eyewitness recalled. “It was a Latin thing and the whole situation was really awkward for everyone there.”
Tony said he has been to “so many Beckham parties in the past” and called them “a very… close-knit family who love to dance.”
“So what we consider ‘inappropriate’ is not how Brooklyn feels. This is all about how Brooklyn feels. If he felt it was inappropriate and awkward, then it was inappropriate and awkward.”
Toni addressed the “disgusting” moment on Instagram Wednesday, two days after Brooklyn took to Instagram to slam her mother over their family feud.
“It’s true I was there,” Tony told his followers.
Her husband Stavros Agapiou similarly wrote in an Instagram comment on Monday that Brooklyn was “telling the truth.”
On Friday, Tony slammed “ridiculous” social media users who have since labeled him and Agapiou “liars.”
He added that the morning show felt like a “safe space” to discuss the topic “in a world where people make their own assumptions about everything.”
Victoria has yet to comment on the headline-grabbing Brooklyn attack in which she accused her and husband David Beckham of “controlling” parents who tried to “ruin” her relationship with Peltz.
“I do not want to reconcile with my family,” Brooklyn declared in a lengthy statement.
The Cooking with Brooklyn star and Peltz are reportedly “delighted” to have spoken out against the Beckhams after years of tension and feel a “huge weight… has been lifted.”
Page Six exclusively obtained photos of the pair putting on a united front, holding hands and smiling while taking a PDA-laden stroll in Malibu, Calif., on Wednesday.
The two have been dating since the end of 2019.
