Sources say it’s “too late” for Victoria and David Beckham to make amends with their son Brooklyn after he went on a shocking Instagram rant against the family.
Brooklyn, 26, released a bombshell statement on Monday, accusing his parents of trying to sabotage his marriage to Nicola Peltz, launching “endless attacks” both “privately and publicly” and prioritizing “Brand Beckham” over other family values.
“This sounds crazy and free, but everything Brooklyn said in her statement is true,” a source familiar with the situation told Page Six.
When asked if there was any chance of Brooklyn reuniting with his parents, the source added: “It’s too late for now. He’s had enough.”

Brooklyn, a passionate entrepreneur, has launched a major attack on his recently knighted father and designer mother, accusing Victoria of “dancing inappropriately on me” and neglecting to make the bride’s dress after hijacking her first dance with Peltz at their 2022 wedding.
Other sources said Brooklyn was forced to issue a statement over the weekend after media reports said she wanted to reconcile with her family.
“I don’t want to reconcile with my family,” Brooklyn wrote. “I’m not being controlled. For the first time in my life, I’m standing up for myself. My parents have always controlled what was said about our family in the media.”
As Page Six reported last week, many close to Beckham had hoped their relationship would thaw, but a source said: “David and Victoria have a responsibility to own up to some of their actions.”
“They may not want to hear it, but everything Brooklyn said was true.
“They tried to separate Nicola and Brooklyn, they tried to push the story. They were persistent. And the more you kept pointing it out, the worse it got and they just didn’t get it.”
“Two things could be true,” another source said, noting that Peltz is “crazy” and wants his way, Victoria could be “terrifying” and Brooklyn is caught in the middle, making the situation unbearable.
“Throughout my life, my parents have controlled media coverage of our family through performative social media posts, family events, and false relationships,” Brooklyn’s statement read. “I recently saw with my own eyes the lengths to which they go to feed countless lies to the media at the expense of mostly innocent people in order to maintain their own facade.”
A source said of the statement: “David and Victoria have continued to try and keep Brooklyn and Nicola apart. If they loved Brooklyn they would express it in a funny way. They had every opportunity to apologize and they didn’t.”
In a statement, Brooklyn said, “The truth will always come out,” and claimed that David, 50, and Victoria, 51, had “constantly tried to break up their relationship” with Peltz, 31, even before the couple walked down the aisle.
Brooklyn alleges that Brooklyn’s parents “repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe” her into “signing a waiver” to Brooklyn’s name ahead of the Florida wedding.
“Before Brooklyn and Nicola got married, Victoria called Brooklyn and said, ‘Dad has something important to say and you need to sign this contract,’ but Brooklyn refused,” a source close to Peltz said last year.
But industry insiders said the deal with Authentic Brands Group, which is tied to David selling a majority stake in his brand management company DB Ventures for $269 million in 2022, means nothing negative for Brooklyn.
“The agreement that Brooklyn was asked to sign was to protect Brooklyn’s rights, because Brooklyn’s parents had a commercial partner who had some rights to the Beckham name, and that would of course ensure that the children had those rights,” a source close to Beckham said at the time. “This is completely standard and to protect the family. Mr. Brooklyn has chosen not to sign the contract, but of course no one will limit his rights, so that doesn’t matter.”
“Sadly, by that time Brooklyn had gotten rid of all of his advisors and was only listening to attorney Peltz, who either didn’t understand the agreement or was intentionally sabotaging it.”
