Brooklyn Beckham has covered up a tattoo dedicated to his father David Beckham amid a family feud.
The anchor tattoo on Brooklyn’s right arm once had “DAD” written in all caps in the center. But new photos obtained by The Sun show Brooklyn stepping out in Los Angeles with his wife Nicola Peltz, with the script conspicuously obscured by what appears to be a starfish and two life preservers.
A source said Brooklyn underwent laser treatment to change a tattoo she once dedicated to her father.
“He wanted it gone,” the source said.
The source also revealed that Brooklyn, 26, has covered up a chest tattoo dedicated to his mother Victoria Beckham.
“It’s going to sting to see Brooklyn cover up Victoria’s tattoos, and now the one he got for his father,” the source said. “It’s very cruel and it’s like adding salt to a wound.”
A representative for Brooklyn could not be reached for comment to Page Six.
The Beckham family feud exploded last month when Brooklyn shared a scathing attack on her parents on her Instagram Story.
Brooklyn revealed she did not want to reconcile with her family and accused her parents of trying to destroy her marriage to Nicola, 31. He also claimed Victoria danced “inappropriately” with Brooklyn at their 2022 wedding.
Amidst the highly publicized feud with Brooklyn and the rest of the Beckham family making joint public appearances, Nicola’s father, billionaire investor Nelson Peltz, broke his silence on Tuesday about the feud.
“Has my family been in the press lately? I haven’t noticed at all,” he joked during a Q&A session at the WSJ Invest Live event in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Nelson said his advice to his family was to “stay out of the press” and said Brooklyn and Nicola were “fantastic”.
“The daughter and the Beckham family are a completely different story and that’s not what we’re here to report on today,” he said. “But I will tell you, my daughter is wonderful, my son-in-law Brooklyn is wonderful, and I look forward to a long and happy marriage with them.”
