These NFL WAGs are trading the sidelines for tan lines.
Brittany Mahomes, Normani, Claire Kittle, Ronika Love, Kristen Goff, and Hailey Cavinder all grace the individual cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s February 2026 digital issue, sizzling in string bikinis during a shoot on a Florida beach.
Katherine Goguen photographed the group as they posed at the South Seas Resort on Captiva Island in the Fort Myers area as the magazine celebrated the women who are redefining the WAG label.
Mahomes, 30, is modeling a two-piece suit in Kansas City Chiefs red eye color, paying homage to her quarterback husband Patrick Mahomes’ longtime team.
The mother of three made her Sports Illustrated swimsuit debut in 2024, where she also wore a series of scarlet swimsuits.
Mahomes, a former professional soccer player, used the opportunity to talk about the growing profile of the National Women’s Soccer League and her role as founding co-owner of the Kansas City Current.
Mahomes, who gave birth to her daughter Golden Ray in January 2025, told the magazine, “I hope by doing this I can inspire the women in my life to have confidence and continue to work for themselves and take care of their bodies.”
Love, a 27-year-old professional volleyball player who is expecting her first child with her husband, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love, posed pregnant for the cover wearing a Vicks tube top ($128) and matching bottoms ($128).
“I think there’s so much power in being a woman and growing as a person, but also in looking sexy on the beach,” she told the magazine.
Love, who played at the University of Oregon, also objected to the term “WAG.” “It was hard for me to never be called an athlete myself. I’m very competitive, so when people call me (a ‘WAG’), I think, ‘Oh, he’s my husband and my boyfriend.’ He is HAB. ”
Meanwhile, Normani, 29, frolicked in the waves in a champagne-colored Sole Mare woven bikini. The pop star got engaged to Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf in March 2025.
“I feel so sexy,” the “Motivation” singer said of the shoot. “I feel divine femininity.”
Kittle, 31, and Cavinder, 24, made their SI Swimsuit debuts in the same issue, while Goff, 32, made her sixth appearance in the magazine, but her first since giving birth to her daughter Romy Isabelle.
She shares a 7-month-old son with her husband, Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff.
“These WAGs are more than just wives, girlfriends, or familiar faces you can find on the sidelines every Sunday,” the magazine said in a statement. “They are game changers in and of themselves.”
