Brittany Furlan filed for a restraining order against Ronnie Radke after he recanted his catfishing allegations, claiming he was “unwaveringly obsessed” with her.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six on Monday, the comedian, who is married to Tommy Lee, now claims Radke has not left her alone since their “secret relationship” broke down last May.
She claimed that she and Radke began communicating through Snapchat in April of the same year and sent each other explicit photos and videos during a difficult period in their marriage.
Radke, 42, claims that Furlan, 39, was talking to the imposter comedian, but Furlan insists the conversation was not a composite because the musician sent her a video proving it was him, and also pointed to the “explicit nature of the content.”
She further claimed that the Falling In Reverse singer asked her to break up with Mr. Lee and that they had planned to meet at Mr. Lee’s home in May.
However, Radke failed to show up on the scheduled date and allegedly began manipulating Furlan afterward.
Shortly after, the actress told Lee, 63, about the correspondence, which Lee allegedly addressed to Radke on social media.
At that point, Radke allegedly told Lee that Furlan had been catfished. Ms Radke then allegedly began mocking Ms Furlan online, leaving her “cruel” comments on Instagram from her own burner account.
Radke decided to apply for a restraining order last week after he posted a video in which he called her a liar and attempted to “defame” her in an attempt to “get his fans to attack[her].”
Furlan alleged that Radke harassed her between May 16, 2025 and January 9, 2026. Her request for a temporary restraining order was denied because no emergency had been declared by the court clerk.
However, a judge is scheduled to hear the request on January 23rd.
Radke’s representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six for comment.
Furlan’s legal action comes after Radke filed for a temporary restraining order against Furlan last week, accusing her of harassing him on social media.
The request was denied during a Jan. 23 court date, but Furlan claimed he drove her to her home, waited outside and followed her until she was seen by a doctor.
Furlan’s lawyer denied the allegations at the time, saying in a statement to Page Six that she was “the only victim of harassment.”
Meanwhile, Furlan and Lee are still going strong despite reportedly splitting after six years of marriage in May last year, when the catfishing allegations first surfaced.
