Britney Spears suffered a severe knee injury after falling down the stairs at a friend’s house.
The “Gimme More” singer took to Instagram over the weekend to share a video of herself dancing in a sparkly minidress, nude heels, and white fingerless gloves.
However, the pop star had a bandage around her right knee.
In the caption of her post, Spears, 43, addressed her fans’ apparent injury after explaining that her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, left to return to Hawaii.
“This is how I express myself and pray through art…Father who does art in heaven…I’m not here for attention or pity. I just want to be a good woman and get better…and I have great support so I’m having a great day!!!” she wrote.
“I had a PSSS that fell down the stairs at a friend’s house…it was scary…sometimes I don’t know if it’s broken or not, but for now it’s snapped!!! Thank you,” the “Toxic” singer concluded.
Last month, Page Six exclusively reported that Spears has been refusing people’s help as fears for her mental health and living conditions continue to mount.
“She has people like her staff, her security, her assistants, her true friends,” an insider told Us.
One source said that Spears “has moments and moments that feel like a roller coaster,” but that she is “the sweetest, kindest person yet.”
They added: “We’re always concerned about Britney and her well-being and making sure she’s okay. The question is, ‘How do we help her?'”
Friends of the Grammy winner are reportedly worried that Spears lives in a “messy mansion” covered in dog poop.
“Her house is a mess. She doesn’t clean after the dog. She doesn’t have someone there cleaning every day. She doesn’t function like an adult would function,” a source told the Daily Mail last month.
In November 2021, Spears was famously released from her 13-year legal sanctuary.
Sources recently said that while the “Crossroads” actress’ relationship with her father, Jamie Spears, is “non-existent” and there’s no way she’s open to reconciling, Britney has a more “complicated” relationship with her mother, Lynne Spears.
As for the mom of her two brothers, Britney plans to meet her sister Jamie Lynn Spears, and the singer remains close with her brother Brian Spears.
Britney and her sons Sean, 19, and Jaden, 18, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline, are reportedly “healing together.”
