Lo and behold, he’s back again.
Brian Littrell has filed an amended complaint against a Florida woman who alleges he trespassed on her waterfront property in Walton County, Florida, after a judge dismissed a previous complaint earlier this month.
The “I Want It That Way” hitmaker, 51, refiled papers against Carolyn Barrington-Hill with his wife, Regan Littrell, on Wednesday, court documents confirm to Page Six.
He also named his LLC, BLB Beach Hut, as a plaintiff.
The couple is seeking damages from Hill of more than $50,000 in “interest, costs and attorney’s fees.”
In an amended legal filing, Brian and Regan, 56, claim Hill ignored “trespassing” signs and entered their property without permission “on multiple occasions between April 26, 2025 and the time of the application.”
The couple also accused Hill of verbally harassing the property manager, including “yelling and swearing” and “installing various chairs and other beach furniture,” and that he “videotaped” the couple without the couple’s “knowledge or consent.”
In one of the incidents, reported on May 4, 2025, Walton County Sheriff’s Office officers “forced” her to leave her beachfront residence, she added.
At one point, Brian and Regan said they hired private security and “had to rely on the sheriff” to protect them.
It alleges that the music artist and his wife “suffered emotional loss” as a result of Hill’s alleged actions.
They lacked the privacy and safety of their homes, had to pay for security, and suffered loss of enjoyment and ownership of their property. ”
Legal representatives for Brian and Leeanne did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The new lawsuit comes a little more than a week after a judge dismissed the Littrells’ previous lawsuit for “failing to state a claim for which relief could be granted.”
Brian and Leeanne first filed legal action against Hill on September 19, 2025.
In the initial filing, they charged her with seven counts of trespassing, one count of invasion of privacy, and one count of stalking for incidents that occurred between April 2025 and September 6, 2025.
However, they later dismissed the stalking charges.
