Brandi Glanville has debuted a new look after battling severe facial disfigurement for over a year.
The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star took to Instagram on Sunday to show off her brand new figure as she prepared to attend the Sundance Film Festival.
“Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov for the amazing Cell Sound and for preparing me for the fun PBM Princess movie event at Sundance and Chemosub,” the 53-year-old captioned a photo of her smiling for the camera.
In the photo, she was glowing with a full face of makeup, glossy lips and curly hair. She completed her look with a blue snake print top and Boston Red Sox cap.
She then appeared on the PBM Princess x Kemo Sabe red carpet ahead of a special screening of Rachel Strauss’ documentary Side Effects May Include at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
Earlier this month, the Bravolebrity gave fans a better glimpse of her new smooth features when she posed with a dentist.
Granville has been battling a severe facial disfigurement for almost two years, initially believing it was caused by a skin parasite.
In July 2024, she started developing facial swelling, which she claimed was caused by stress.
By December 2024, doctors said she had begun to see wrinkles and sagging on one side of her face, and they believed parasites were ruining her appearance.
During the extremely costly battle, Granville lost several teeth and underwent multiple biopsies to determine the cause of the disease.
Fast forward to December 2025, and she finally announced that she had received her diagnosis.
“I have a long road ahead of me before I’m completely better, but I’m just excited because we finally have an answer,” she said, noting that she has deliberately remained silent about the root of her illness.
“It’s been hell. I’ve become an introvert. Whenever I leave the house, I get the worst anxiety because I’ve been at home for two years,” she said of her long health journey.
Since then, Granville has been focused on getting back to normal life.
