Blake Lively’s “obnoxious” driver wanted to “run a background check” on Justin Baldoni when they first met.
According to a deposition obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, the actress’ employee Kevin Alexander allegedly overheard “disturbing” conversations between her “It Ends With Us” co-stars during production.
“(Baldoni) was discussing sexual relationships with women,” Alexander claimed, adding that the “Jane the Virgin” alum, 42, said, “He was coerced and he coerced himself on women.”
“For me, meeting someone in a car and talking to them like that was very surreal. That’s why it caught my attention,” Alexander said.
He claimed his interactions with Baldoni, Lively, 38, and one other person were “unforgettable” because they “took my focus away from driving.”
“He basically kept talking about his sexual relationships,” Alexander recalled. “Again, he’ll impose himself on the woman. If she says, ‘No, this, that,’ he’ll go back[to the subject].”
It is said that “many more things” were discussed during the drive, but Alexander only remembered those “key points”.
“When I got to the production office, which was down the road from that area, I stopped the car and let everyone out. I said to Blake, ‘I’m feeling really uncomfortable. There’s something wrong here. I’d like to run a background check on him or something.'”
At the time, Alexander did not know that Baldoni was the producer of the film, which was based on Colleen Huber’s book of the same name.
Representatives for Mr. Baldoni and Mr. Lively did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
“It Ends With Us” was released in August 2025, and the on-screen lovebirds’ failure to promote together quickly sparked rumors of a feud.
Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment in a December 2024 complaint and filed formal charges the following week.
Baldoni has previously denied all allegations against him.
Their legal battle has been headline material for months, from Baldoni’s counterclaim, which was dismissed by a judge in June 2025, to charges from other cast members.
More recently, unsealed personal texts and emails have dragged other big stars into the fray, including Ben Affleck and Taylor Swift.
Not only did the 36-year-old pop star brand Baldoni a “bitch” with a “little violin” in the text, but she also discussed the “changes” in Baldoni and Lively’s friendship in an intimate message.
The ‘violated’ and ‘exposed’ Grammy winner is reportedly furious at being dragged into the drama.
We previously reported that Swift felt “used” by the Gossip Girl alum and had not contacted him.
Lively and Baldoni’s trial is scheduled for May 18, 2026.
