Blac Chyna has accused her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector, of choking and spitting on her while their children were sleeping in the mansion.
In court documents obtained by Page Six, Rob & Chyna alumnus Angela White claims her ex-girlfriend, whose real name is Tyyon Hector, “refused” to leave her home in March 2023 as she was “preparing for an out-of-state trip.”
“When Plaintiff (China) requested Defendant (Hector) to leave the residence, an altercation occurred as a direct result of Plaintiff’s failure to comply,” the document states.
“During this incident, Plaintiff became hostile and violent towards Defendant and engaged in physical attacks, including choking Defendant, spitting on Defendant, and verbally abusing Defendant and engaging in threatening behavior,” the filing added.
According to the document, Chyna’s nanny Jennifer and her two children, King, 13, and Dream, 9, were “in the house” during the altercation.
“Plaintiff’s actions caused Defendant to have reasonable fear for his safety and life. Defendant’s minor children were present and sleeping in the residence at the time of the incident,” court documents state.
Hector’s attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck, denied Chyna’s claims.
“We are not surprised that[China]is making what we believe are blatantly false allegations against Mr. Hector in a feeble attempt to deflect attention from its own violence,” Schenck told Page Six in a statement.
“Aggressors who are unable to defend their actions often try to ‘blame the victim.’Simply put, we believe that (Mr. Chyna) has no defense for violently attacking Mr. Hector while he was sleeping, inflicting the severe injuries depicted in the photos attached to the complaint in this case,” the attorney added.
“We have the evidence. We will prove our case and significant damages. (Chyna) who is trying to represent herself in this case should hire a lawyer. She is going to need a lawyer.”
Hector also told Page Six, “This is the most ridiculous lie I’ve ever heard, second only to her mother professing to me that she was the one who attacked me in my sleep.In fact, I have never directly told her mother, Tokyo Tony, We’ve never met. At this point, she’s lying after a lie. Twin Hector has never laid a hand on a woman and never will. Her malicious lies about Twin Hector stop here, now.”

Chyna’s response comes nearly a year and a half after Hector filed a lawsuit alleging the reality TV star, 37, physically abused her while she was sleeping.
The rapper claimed that Chyna was prone to violent outbursts under the influence of alcohol and threatened to kill him multiple times during their relationship.
Hector claimed that in September 2021, the mother-of-two attacked her in a “vicious attack” while she was sleeping, leaving her bloodied and suffering multiple injuries.
Hector claimed in the lawsuit that he “loved” Chyna, but Chyna allegedly accused him of refusing to seek help and “mechanically disobeying her every instruction and request.”
The “Home Base” host and model’s dates are from August 2020 to March 2023.
