David Geffen has finally settled his controversial divorce with his much younger boy toy, David Armstrong.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the 83-year-old billionaire has marked the document as “no dispute,” meaning the parties have agreed without dispute on all important issues, including spousal support and property division.
However, the terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
Page Six reached out to lawyers for Mr. Geffen and Mr. Armstrong, but did not receive a response.
Last May, Geffen, who has a net worth of $9.3 billion, filed for divorce from Armstrong after two years of marriage without a prenuptial agreement in place.
Two months later, Armstrong, also known as Donovan Michaels, claimed in a bombshell lawsuit that her estranged husband allegedly paid her thousands of dollars for sex and groomed her.
“It was a terrible match. Michaels became a prop in Geffen’s virtue theater, paraded as evidence of Geffen’s supposed altruism, and privately used as a sexual commodity,” the complaint, obtained by Page Six at the time, alleges.
Mr. Armstrong also alleged in the lawsuit that the Asylum Records co-founder frequently hired sex workers, both male and female, to “solicit” him with drugs such as cocaine, Molly and marijuana throughout his “sexually open marriage.”
Mr. Geffen’s attorney denied Mr. Armstrong’s claims and said he would “vigorously and validly defend against this false and frivolous lawsuit.”
In October 2025, Mr. Armstrong shockingly dropped the case, requesting that it be dismissed without prejudice so that he could re-file the case in the future.
But the next day, Armstrong accused Geffen of hiding his assets to avoid paying out a lot of money in the divorce.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six at the time, the former go-go dancer claimed that his ex-girlfriend was “one of the richest, most powerful and influential men in the world,” but “made repeated false attempts to present himself as an elderly ‘retiree.'”
Armstrong claimed in court documents that Geffen and his attorneys were “attempting to conceal” multiple cash flow streams.
Armstrong and Geffen reportedly met in 2020 while the former was Geffen’s personal trainer.
The former lovers tied the knot in March 2023 in a private ceremony in Beverly Hills, California.
