Emmy Award-winning producer Bill Bracken, whose credits include Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Disney+’s live concert special Grace for the World: Live from St. Peter’s Square, has joined Dick Clark Productions as vice president of production.
Bracken will be based in Los Angeles. Dick Clark Productions announced the hiring of Mr. Bracken on Monday, saying he will oversee all elements of production for the company’s films, including the Golden Globes, American Music Awards, “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve,” “Golden Eve” and the Academy of Country Music Awards.

We look forward to Bill’s leadership as we continue to grow and evolve our work for years to come.”
Bracken has won six Emmy Awards out of 18 nominations. His accomplishments include serving as the broadcast producer of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade for 32 years. His other credits include producing Emmy Awards, NAACP Image Awards, “Christmas at Rockefeller Center,” “Hong Kong Disneyland Grand Opening,” “Macy’s Independence Day Fireworks Spectacular,” and NBC’s “Christmas at Graceland.”

Bracken is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Directors Guild of America. Additional credits include “Celebrating Betty White: America’s Golden Girl,” “Grand Ole Opry: Country Music ’95” and “One Night Only: The Best of Broadway.” All of these will be broadcast on NBC.
