Bethenny Frankel defended Alix Earle and Tom Brady’s recent flirtatious outing with an expletive-filled rant directed at haters.
“I want to ask you about Tom Brady and Alix Earle, it’s not, ‘Why doesn’t anyone care?’ Because everyone cares,” she began in an Instagram video posted Monday.
“Why can’t they be allowed to do what they want?” she asked her fans.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, 55, described the TikTok star and NFL alum as “two consenting adults.”
“He is a legendary and disciplined athlete who is respected throughout the community and by everyone he has worked with,” she said of Brady, adding that Earl “seems to be a successful influencer who shows up on time and has meaningful friendships.”
Frankel believes everyone should be able to choose who they hang out with and how they spend their time.
“Let’s say they spent five minutes together, or zero minutes together. Or let’s say in five years they decide to spend the rest of their lives together. Why shouldn’t people do what they want?” she asked rhetorically.
Frankel noted that Brady is 48 and Earl is 25, noting that his new dating community, The Core, doesn’t have a 25-year age gap between people.
“Because we don’t believe that it promotes harmony among people. We want people who want to meet their life partner right away,” she explained. “That doesn’t mean there aren’t exceptions. There are a lot of exceptions.”
“In this particular case, these two are legal, consenting adults, they come from good families, he’s raising good children, and not everyone can be perfect on every point with every choice,” she said.
The Skinnygirl founder ended her message by telling her followers, “Life is short.”
“When I close the box, if that’s what I decide, I can promise you that I won’t say I wish I had done more of what you all wanted me to do, that I should have worn more of what you all wanted me to wear, that I should have said more of what you all wanted me to say. Damn it,” she said.
“Life is short. Do what you want to do, live how you want to live, live with integrity and ethics, and try to be the best you can be. But it doesn’t always happen, and everyone can make mistakes,” she concluded.
Frankel attended the now famous St. Bart’s New Year’s Eve party where Earl and Brady were seen flirting.
“They met at a yacht party and kept talking all night away from the big group,” a spy exclusively told us last week.
Another source told US Weekly that there was an “instant connection” between Earl and the former New England Patriots quarterback.
Their PDA comes just weeks after Earl confirmed his split from Braxton Berrios, after two years together. Page Six admitted that they ended things mutually due to distance issues.
The father-of-three is eligible to be single after divorcing Gisele Bündchen in 2022.
Frankel and Earl’s relationship got off to a particularly rocky start in March 2025, when the content creator set Frankel up for a dinner meeting.
However, Page Six exclusively reported a few days later that they buried the hatchet.
