Ben Affleck dumped his long-standing beard and a shocking clean shaved look.
The actor, 53, was driving in Los Angeles on Thursday, rocking a fresh face and a beige suit jacket and a white button-up shirt.
The “Argo” director is known for his signature noisy appearance, where he has been playing sports for over a year, but has never had facial hair multiple times in the past.
He was last seen earlier this month with his classic salt and pastoral whiskers when he celebrated his first birthday since finalising his divorce from Jennifer Lopez.
Lopez, 56, reportedly “sees red” after her ex debuted her newly stained face, and began a more stringent maintenance routine shortly after last year’s split.
“Ben suddenly spoils himself and gets in the way to make him look like his absolute best,” a source told Intouch Weekly in October 2024 — two months after the singer filed for divorce.
“He now dyes his hair, gets his manicures and pedicures, waxes from head to toe. He gets his hair plugs and watches his dermatologist turn the clock back for skin treatment.”
“Even his meals are pretty. He cuts out a ton of junk,” they added.
The insider added, “These were everything he wanted when they were together and he completely refused.”
Perhaps the latest glow is a hint that producers are ready to go back to the dating scene.
In May, Affleck declared his love for Latinos, revealing that he felt “very good” about winning the “Most Eligible Bachelor’s Degree in Hollywood” title while having dinner at the hot spot Lavo in West Hollywood, California.
The pair were previously engaged in 2002 – married in 2022 after rekindling their romance in 2021. However, they separated two years later and the divorce was finalized in January.
