Bella Hadid is back.
The model, who hasn’t walked the runway since October’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, made a triumphant return to the catwalk at Milan Fashion Week on Thursday.
She appeared in her first Prada fashion show, starring in not one, but four looks during the show’s fall 2026 collection.
With a dramatic smokey eye and blonde hair swept away from her face, Hadid’s four looks were, in fact, a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it masterclass in layering.
Hadid first appeared wearing a sheer navy skirt and an oversized work jacket, which she paired with embellished knee-high socks and kitten heels.
A second outing, minus the jacket, revealed that the sheer skirt was actually an organza trench over a barely visible white shift dress underneath. She picked up a navy top handle bag for the look in question.
Third, by removing her trench and replacing her navy bag with the same style in bright green, Hadid revealed a white poplin shift dress with a previously hidden print.
And, as a final twist, the models’ final walk in the show was in long shorts and a knit tank.
Designers Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons chose to cast 15 models for the show, with all models reappearing in four separate appearances with one less layer, for a total of 60 runway moments.
Hadid is slowly making a comeback to the modeling industry amid her battle with Lyme disease.
She sparked concern when she appeared to be “struggling” at last year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, but later revealed that her oversized wings, which weigh up to 50 pounds, were to blame for her difficulty walking.
In September 2024, fans were pleasantly surprised when she made her grand return to Saint Laurent’s high fashion runway after a long absence while focusing on her health.
