Egypt’s El Gouna Film Festival has appointed Andrew Mohsen as the new artistic director of its 9th edition, which will be held from October 15th to 23rd. Tiger Woods appeared in court on a charge of careless driving in Martin County, Florida, about a week after being arrested for drunk driving. The 50-year-old professional golfer was charged Thursday with a non-criminal charge of careless driving crash and was fined $163, according to documents viewed by Page Six. He does not have to appear in court for the traffic violation. A representative for Woods did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
