Denise Richards has been issued a permanent restraining order by her estranged husband Aaron Phypers amid their divorce turmoil. After an emotional day in court, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Phypers to remain at least 100 yards away from Richards and her workplace until November 7, 2030.
