Mike Smith, who starred as Bubbles on the cult classic comedy series Trailer Park Boys, has been charged with sexual assault, according to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Smith was charged on Oct. 2 for an assault that occurred on Dec. 30, 2017, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, according to documents filed in Nova Scotia court obtained by the outlet.
