“The Wheel of Time” IP owner iwot Studios and VFX company Framestore have signed an agreement to launch an AI-enabled platform that provides brand asset management tools to facilitate collaboration on projects across multiple platforms. Variety exclusively reports that Jac Shaffer has signed a three-year general television contract with Amazon MGM Studios. Under the agreement, Schaefer will develop, write, executive produce and direct original series for Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios.
