Aubrey O’Day claims she has no recollection of being allegedly “raped” by her former boss Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In 50 Cent’s new Netflix documentary series, Sean Combs: The Reckoning, the former Danity Kane singer reads a sworn statement from a woman who claims she saw O’Day “sprawled on a leather couch, appearing highly intoxicated” after the “Act Bad” rapper allegedly took part in a sex crime.
“She was naked from the bottom half and had something over her top. Puff Daddy was penetrating her vagina and another light-skinned stalker-like man had his penis in her mouth,” the affidavit said.
But O’Day, who was discovered on Season 3 of Combs’ MTV reality show “Making the Band” in 2004, said he “wasn’t drinking like that at all” at the time.
“I don’t drink at all. It’s never been an issue for me,” she declared.
The “Show Stopper” singer, 41, said he doesn’t remember what the woman alleged happened and would rather leave it at that.
“Even after she told me she had no memory of this, I said, ‘Maybe she’s making a mistake?’ I asked her in every way I could think of, and she was sure,” the pop star claimed in a written statement.
“Does this mean I was raped? What does this mean? I don’t even know if I was raped, and I don’t want to know. I don’t want to know any more about what that woman is saying,” O’Day added.
The “Damaged” songstress said she would retaliate if the woman lied about the rape allegation. But O’Day also said she didn’t want to give Combs’ legal team the power to discredit other victims.
“If she made excuses, I would have no choice but to condemn her wholeheartedly,” she explained.
“And you understand that is the weight this past year has placed on my soul. Exposure of one of the victims in the civil suit will give Diddy and his legal team credit for eliminating everyone else as a potential liar,” O’Day added.
“It just comes back on my shoulders. The weight of that man and that bull — I’ll never be able to get up from under it.”
Page Six reached out to a representative for Combs for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
Elsewhere in the document, O’Day claimed that he was groomed while he was with Danity Kane.
“Diddy made it clear that I was ‘on the lookout,'” she claimed. “I remember that phrase well. He was pushing me away and had different expectations than I did. So I started grooming myself naturally.”
She also claimed that the 56-year-old “Last Night” host sent her explicit photos via email.
“There’s an email with a photo of his penis attached,” O’Day said before reading out one of the suspect emails.
“I don’t want to just fuck you. I want to get rid of you. I see you with a mother who tells you what to do. I’m letting my woman do what I say, and she loves it,” the email read.
“I just want and like to be different. I’m done watching this porn and I’m done masturbating. I’m thinking of you, happy face. If you ever change your mind and are ready to do what I say, hit me, happy face. God bless you, Didi. God is great.”
Six months later, O’Day claimed to have been fired from the girl group.
“I absolutely felt like I was fired for not participating in a sexual act. But I also later found out that[Danity Kane member]Dawn[Richard]and Puff were recording another project,” she claimed.
“Since I was the star of the show, Puff had to move all of its viewers to a new project.”
Combs was found guilty of two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution and is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence.
The disgraced hip-hop mogul is scheduled to be released from prison in June 2028.
All four episodes of Sean Combs: The Reckoning are available to stream on Netflix.
