Chelsea Hauska may have gotten her start as a single mother from daughter Aubrey as a single mother in Teen Mom 2, but the reality star has expanded the family with her husband Cole DeBoer to include three children, Watson, Lane and Walker.

The moms of four made their first MTV debut in 2009, when they were pregnant at the age of 16, and welcomed their eldest daughter along with ex-boyfriend Adam Lind. She joined the Teen Mama 2 cast in 2011 when the show first aired, falling in love with Lind and her custody battle with Lind and her meeting, and DeBoe.

Eleven years after becoming a regular in the hit MTV series, Houska announced the exit via Instagram in 2020. She later revealed that her child’s privacy was a major factor in her decision and was not happy to be in the spotlight again.

“I’m certainly not going back to my child’s personal life,” she told E! news. “I don’t think I can do that. If something happened to be easy and fun, I would say no… our family feels like we’re getting much closer and we’ll explore a lot of land here.”

In 2023, that light-hearted opportunity came when Houska and Deboer debuted their HGTV renovation show, Down Home Fab. The show follows parents as they launch a new design business and keep up with their growing family.

Here’s what you need to know about the four Chelsea Hauska kids.

Aubree Skye Lind Deboer, 16

Aubree Skye Lind Deboer was born in South Dakota on September 7th, 2009. This is my first day as a senior at Houseka high school. Lind may be her biological father, but DeBoe played an active role in raising her after Aubrey met Huca in 2014 when she was five years old.

Much of her childhood was captured on camera during her time on MTV, including expressing her desire to share the same surname with her younger brother Watson. After Deboer and Houska held their second wedding in 2017, they did just that.

Houska sees how he follows Aubrey’s story from the start, and E! The 2023 news is that many Teen Mom 2 viewers were shocked to see that she is a teenager now. And when it comes to teens, her mom thinks she is the coolest.

“She was always very confident in who she was,” Hauska told people after revealing that she named her new home decor line, Aubrey says after her eldest son. “If Aubrey says it’s cool, it’s cool.”

Aubree is not yet allowed on social media, but she has been seen on her mother’s Instagram in what Houska calls “e-girl” style. She is also reportedly a huge Harry Styles fan.

Watson Cole Deboer, 8

On January 25th, 2017, Houska and Deboer welcomed their first child, Son Watson Cole. “Welcome the World, Sweet Boy,” she wrote along with a black and white Instagram photo showing a close-up of a small newborn hand.

According to Refinery29, the couple announced in July 2016 that they were hoping for a new baby in a deprecated blog post. “My sister Aubrey is also very excited, and it’s no secret that she wants a girl…”

Houska and Deboer tied the knot in October 2016, and a few months later Watson came. Houska detailed in another announced blog post that Deboer is a proud dad. “He is already planning future hunting and fishing trips, haha!” she wrote.

On her Instagram, Houska describes her son as a sweet kid who loves to play soccer frequently, and shares his birthday with his youngest sister, Walker June. “Walker reminds me of Watson so much when he was a toddler, so it makes sense that they were born on the same day,” she wrote in an Instagram caption celebrating their shared birthday. “Both are observational, quiet (mostly) and very clever!”

Watson also enjoys spending time with his dad. DeBoer posted Tiktok practicing his son’s golf swing in 2022 and shared the video on his Instagram, where he attempts a workout regime in 2021. ”

Layne Ettie deboer, 7

Rain Etty Deboer, the second daughter of Hauska, was born on August 29, 2018. This is Hauska’s 27th birthday. A new addition to the Deboer clan was documented in Teen Mom 2, showing the emotional reaction of a real-life star when she entered labor, realizing that she and her daughter share the same birthday.

“Did you do this intentionally so you can have her on my birthday?” she asked Deboer. He nodded and replied: “Yeah! That’s a good gift… it’s as amazing as you.”

In 2019, Houska is E! News that Rain has adopted some of her husband’s personality traits. “(Baby Rain) looks like a Cole,” she said. “She’s very laid back. She’s easy, she’s smiling, cold, very cold.”

She may be cold, but Rain appears to be wrapped up in her quite a bit of confusion. On her Instagram, Houska describes her daughter as “a funny “wild kid” who loves back tickling, sushi and animals. The 2023 Instagram post included a zoom-in video of Rain’s face covered in some sort of pink goop.

Deboer appears to predict similarities between Layne and Houska. In a 2022 Instagram post celebrating her shared birthday, he was called the “clone” of Layne Houska and said she was “very amazing as her beautiful mom.”

Walkerjune deboer, 4

Walkerjoen DeBoer was born on the same day as his older brother Watson. Her husband shared on his account that his daughter had quickly stole his heart.

“I always wanted to be a father. I wouldn’t have thought I would be blessed and given to my four beautiful children,” Deboer wrote in another Instagram post. “We are blessed with our new baby girl. She has a dad who loves her with all her heart.”

Houska shared similar feelings on her own Instagram after Walker’s birth. “What did we build,” she wrote alongside a hospital selfie with her newborn and husband.

In the mother of the four Instagram page, Walker often helps out in the family’s garden, hanging with livestock and trying to catch up with his older siblings. Whether it’s a shared birthday or not, Houska says her youngest child looks a lot like her older brother.

“These two share bady, have the same low-key personality and are little-looking twins,” she wrote in an Instagram post celebrating Watson’s fifth birthday and Walker’s first celebration. “Love them so much.”
