Ashley Tisdale shared a cryptic but inspirational message about finding strength as “toxic” mom group drama escalates.
On Friday, the Disney Channel alum posted a photo on Instagram of herself striking a yoga pose against a desert landscape.
The camera panned out as she continued to stretch, with relaxing instrumental music playing in the background.
“Find the strength within yourself,” she wrote above the reel, adding, “Coming 2.1.”
Her hair was tied up in a loose bun, and her silhouette could be seen in her flowing workout clothes.
The “High School Musical” star tagged her wellness brand, Frenshe, in the caption, but did not add any other information.
Fans in the comment thread went wild over the tender image, with some criticizing the former mom group, alluding to the drama that came to light after she published an essay in The Cut earlier this month.
“#TeamAshley!!” one person wrote, while another added: “Always ♥️.”
“We’ll always have your back, don’t forget that!” “We’ll always be together 💕 can’t wait,” chimed in yet another.
“Beautiful! ❤️ To growth and change 🔥🙌,” a fifth person gushed.
The social media post comes as the actress’ mom group drama continues to play out in the media and on social media.
Ms Tisdale, 40, initially slammed the former mom group in an essay in which she accused them of being “toxic”, excluding them from hangouts and making them feel “not cool enough”.
“This is too high school for me and I don’t want to participate anymore,” she recalled texting the group.
Although she didn’t reveal her name, we do know she was part of a star-studded group of moms that includes Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor and Mandy Moore.
Following the explosive essay, Duff’s husband, Matthew Koma, criticized Tisdale on his Instagram Story on Tuesday.
The cover of The Cut carried a made-up headline that read, “Group of moms tell you everything through the eyes of dads: When you’re the most self-centered tone-deaf person on the planet, other moms tend to shift their focus to their actual toddlers.” He added above the photo: “Read our new interview with @thecut.”
Trainor seemed surprised by the drama, sharing a clip of herself “obviously researching mom group drama” while surfing the internet. Her 2025 hit song “Still Don’t Care” played in the background.
Trainor’s husband, Daryl Sabara, told TMZ in an impromptu interview on Thursday that there was “no drama here.”
“I don’t really know what’s going on, but I hope she’s okay,” he added of Tisdale.
A source told Page Six on Thursday that Tisdale got cold feet from his former mom friends because of “a myriad of things, not just one in particular.”
