Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s legal battle over the sale of their joint home has officially come to an end, three years after their dramatic split.
Page Six can exclusively reveal that the exes have reached an agreement, as Maddix filed a notice of settlement of the entire lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.
According to the filing, the lawsuit’s dismissal is “conditional,” requiring “satisfactory performance of specified conditions” within 30 days of the settlement date.
The two sides are scheduled to meet again on February 5 for a final status conference, according to the filing. However, if Sandoval does not honor his end of the bargain, the case will go to trial on February 17th.
In January 2024, Maddix, 40, sued Sandoval, 42, to force the sale of her LA home in the Valley Village neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley.
At the time, she requested a “fair share of the proceeds of the sale” of the property, which the “Vanderpump Rules” alum bought for $2 million in February 2019.
But Sandoval said he wanted the house to be his own and offered Maddix $3.1 million in cash to buy her out. He claimed she turned down the offer for “trivial” reasons.
After 10 years of dating, Maddix split from Sandoval in March 2023 following revelations of Sandoval’s months-long affair with then-co-star Rachel “Raquel” Reavis.
Maddix and Sandoval continued to live together in their Valley Village home for two months after their separation, avoiding each other as much as possible.
The Love Island USA host met her current boyfriend, Daniel Wai, shortly after breaking up with the bartender-turned-bar owner, but they ended up moving on in May 2023.
The following March, she bought a new pad in the Hollywood Hills for $1.6 million.
Maddix and Wye, who lives in New York City, have been in a long-distance relationship.
Meanwhile, Sandoval moved in with his current girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, in November 2024.
