At today’s London premiere, they posed for a group photo, standing far apart, with Slater on the left and Grande in the center. In a recent interview with The New York Times, Grande did not discuss her love life, with the paper describing Slater as someone she was “dating.”
Despite speculation from fans and tabloids about their current relationship status, Grande and Slater themselves have hinted on Instagram that they continue to strongly support each other. They liked almost every post the other person shared.

Grande spoke to The New York Times about her relationship with A-list fame. “Nothing prepares you for what happens,” she said. “Until recently, it was really hard for me to navigate. And I think it took a lot of the joy out of me.”
Grande and Slater have been dating since the summer of 2023. In September 2024, she spoke to Vanity Fair about the attention her love life has received. “It definitely doesn’t get any easier in the face of the negativity generated by a disreputable tabloid. Of course, I went through a lot of life changes while filming this movie. A lot of people who were working on this movie went through. We were apart for two years. So, of course, I can see why it was a day of movement for the tabloids to create something to pay the bills.”
She also praised Slater’s character, saying, “There’s no one on this planet who would go the extra mile or put themselves out there for the people he loves and cares about. There’s no one on this planet with a better heart, and no amount of bullshit tabloids can translate that into reality.” Her comments to the outlet remain the most extensive about her partner.
The two stars have largely kept their relationship out of the public eye this year.
