Amy Schumer is dusting off a sad Valentine’s Day spent in a “crying room.”
The comedian shared a video of herself diving in a bright red bikini via her Instagram Stories on Monday.
In a beaming social media photo uploaded by Schumer, she stood on the edge of a boat wearing a strapless swimsuit top and matching bottoms.
The actress paused for a few seconds, admiring the crystal clear blue water before gracefully jumping into the air.
Schumer also shared a photo of her spending time with friends and children and joked, “My new team is expensive, but it’s worth it.”
In another Instagram post on Monday, she gushed that she’s the “healthiest I’ve ever been.”
“It’s so important to laugh a lot with your friends,” she wrote alongside a selfie. “Remember! It’s good for you! Close your eyes and breathe. Move around!”
“Every time you get a chance, jump in the water and put your face on a screen or in front of other people,” Schumer continued. “Here’s my two cents.”
On Saturday, the “Last Comic Standing” alum marked her first Valentine’s Day since splitting from husband Chris Fischer.
The “I Feel Pretty” star posted a photo in front of a “Crying Corner” banner complete with a box of tissues.
“Give yourself all the love today,” she told her followers. “congratulations.”
Schumer, 44, filed for divorce from Fisher, 45, in January after seven years of marriage and one child, 6-year-old son Gene.
Amid rumors that their relationship was over, she confirmed their breakup a month ago.
“Blah blah blah, Chris and I have made the difficult decision to end our seven-year marriage. We love each other very much and will continue to focus on raising our son,” she wrote in December 2025.
The “Trainwreck” star said, “Whatever happens to me and Chris has nothing to do with weight loss.”
Schumer, who has been open about taking Munjaro, recently defended documenting her weight loss journey on social media, insisting the photos of her transformation were not a “cry for help.”
