Amy Schumer shows off her dramatic weight loss in a tiny yellow minidress.
The 44-year-old comedian posed on a carpeted staircase in a photo posted to Instagram on Saturday. Schumer, who wore an eye-catching Valentino lace minidress with a bow at the hem and black heels, was also pictured with her 6-year-old son Gene.
“I’m trying to go to a party and someone won’t go to bed,” she joked as Jean appeared to be yelling in the background.
Schumer later posted another photo of Jean standing in the dress, with emojis covering Jean’s face in a yellow shirt and pants.
The Trainwreck star was not wearing her wedding ring in the latest photo, amid rumors that she is headed for divorce from her husband, chef Chris Fischer. However, she is not wearing a ring in the photos she shared earlier as well.
A source told People earlier this month that Schumer and Fisher are “both serious about their relationship” after getting married in February 2018.
“They are privately working through the usual issues that long-married couples have,” the source said.
Sources spoke out about Schumer and Fisher’s status after a close friend of Schumer’s claimed to the Daily Mail that Schumer was headed for a breakup with Fisher.
“Amy is 100 percent divorced. She’s lost weight, but she’s at her limit,” a friend told the outlet, referring to Schumer’s recent weight loss.
“She deleted Chris from Instagram and then everything else,” the friend noted, adding, “She plans to turn in soon, but it’s over. It’s over.”
Schumer recently mentioned deleting all past photos from her Instagram account after some fans accused her of just wanting to show off herself after taking Munjaro and losing weight.
“I have always been proud of my appearance,” she wrote. “I’ve been trying to get rid of the pain, and it’s finally gone. My endometriosis is getting better. My lower back is healing. Cushing’s syndrome is gone, and my face is back to normal.”
“I’m grateful to be strong and healthy, especially for my son,” she added. “But your Instagram is not your identity, it’s a curated version of what you want the world to see. I feel so strong and beautiful, and it was fun to share that.”
Schumer insisted she didn’t intentionally “set out on a weight loss journey” and that her main focus has always been her health.
“I think my weight will always fluctuate,” she said. “I am a menopausal woman undergoing HR treatment. I hope you move forward with strength and self-love in whatever path you take, as long as you are kind and respectful to all. No matter your weight, race or religion, peace!”
