This year, Amazon will deliver post-Thanksgiving NFL games to viewers around the world on Prime Video, and the gridiron game will be streamed for free.

The e-commerce giant announced a contract extension with the National Football League that will allow Prime Video to broadcast the Nov. 28 Black Friday football game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Chicago Bears to a global audience. Kickoff will be at 3pm ET.

The game will be the first NFL event to be broadcast outside the United States on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories around the world. However, there have been some power outages, and Amazon says the game is not available in Canada and several other countries. The game will also be available on mobile devices in the U.S. with an NFL+ subscription, and outside the U.S. through NFL Game Pass on DAZN, the league’s international streaming partner.

The Bears vs. Eagles Black Friday game will be part of 12 hours of sports programming on Nov. 28 and will be streamed worldwide on Prime Video. No subscription or Prime membership required. In the US, Amazon also streamed NFL games for free after Thanksgiving in 2024 and 2023.

Additional language options will be added to the game including Spanish, French, and Portuguese. In addition, some advanced features of Prime Video’s NFL coverage in the US will also be available in select regions around the world, including Rapid Recap, high-resolution HDR video, and next-gen statistics powered by AWS.

“We are excited to expand our relationship with the NFL and bring Black Friday Football to millions of fans around the world,” Jay Mullin, Head of Global Sports, Prime Video US, said in a statement. “Black Friday is quickly becoming one of the biggest sports holidays of the year, and this unmissable game between the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles and the up-and-coming Bears, played in the most passionate stadium atmosphere in sports, is at the heart of a big day for all of us at Amazon.”

Hans Schroeder, NFL vice president of media distribution, added, “We’re excited to work with our partners at Prime Video to bring this year’s Black Friday football game to a global audience. Expanding the availability of our games to NFL fans around the world is an important priority for us, and we’re thrilled that Black Friday games will be available to watch in more than 240 countries and territories around the world through Amazon.”

The last matchup between the Eagles and Bears took place in Chicago on December 18, 2022, with Philadelphia winning 25-20.

Before the Black Friday football game, Prime Video will air a rebroadcast of “The Skins Game” featuring PGA Tour players Tommy Fleetwood, Justin Thomas, Xander Schauffele and Keegan Bradley of South Florida starting at 9 a.m. ET. Prime Video will then broadcast Bears vs. Eagles pregame coverage from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia starting at 1:30 p.m. ET, with kickoff set for 3 p.m. ET.

At the end of the live NFL postgame broadcast, the prime NBA previews a doubleheader. The Milwaukee Bucks take on the New York Knicks (7 p.m. ET) and the Dallas Mavericks take on the Los Angeles Lakers (10 p.m. ET). NBA games will be available worldwide without the need for a Prime Video subscription. Amazon has signed an 11-year deal with the NBA for exclusive worldwide rights to 66 regular-season games (excluding certain countries) starting in the 2025-26 season.

Below is the November 28 lineup of Prime Video’s global Black Friday sports program available to watch around the world (all times Eastern/Eastern):
