Alix Earle broke down in tears after rehearsing for Dancing with the Stars with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy.
In a video shared on Instagram on Friday, she can be seen looking distraught as Kim Kardashian narrates, saying, “Some days I feel like I know everything, but then I wake up the next morning and I’m like, ‘Wait, none of this makes any sense.'”
“Reality of the first two days of learning a new dance hahaha,” she captioned the post.
Earle, 24, and Chmerkovskiy, 45, are currently learning the routine to Billie Eilish’s 2019 song “Bury a Friend” in conjunction with Tuesday’s “Halloween Night” theme.
Fellow dancer Whitney Leavitt agreed with Earl’s candid post, writing, “Same thing 😭.”
“I get this! 💗💕💖,” the “Mormon Wives” star added, to which the podcaster responded, “That’s great 😭.”
Leavitt’s “DWTS” partner and professional Mark Ballas also wrote a message of encouragement to Earl, writing, “You’re amazing, Alix, you got this 👊🏼.”
Boy Meets World star Danielle Fishel, who was eliminated from DWTS on Oct. 21, echoed Earl’s sentiments, writing, “I love you, Alix. Screaming into my pillow every night for the first two days.”
Several other fans also gushed about Earle, telling her she was “doing great things.”
One person wrote: “I got this, I’m crushing it 🙌.”
“Queen. You’re crushing it. Give yourself grace. I’m so proud of you!!!!,” another added.
In May, Earl was announced as a contestant for Season 34, later partnering with three-time Mirror Ball champion Chmerkovskiy.
Shortly after the season aired on September 16, the internet personality spoke candidly about her severe injuries, including a missing toenail and a bruised collarbone.
“I don’t think I can walk,” she said in a video shared on TikTok after two weeks of rehearsals.
“I thought the first week was tough physically and what we were doing,” she said, explaining that she was learning the jive to Lou Vega’s “Mambo No. 5.”
Earl told viewers that he doubts himself “a little bit” but plans to “keep trying” despite feeling like “someone is just putting[me]in the dryer and bruising and beating every part of[my]body.”
The “Hot Mess” podcaster also said her lifestyle has changed since the start of the show, including the ability to share daily social media content.
