Aaron Fipers denied the allegations of domestic violence in Dennis Richards’ new filing, claiming that his estranged wife was “abusive.”
According to six-page court documents, the 53-year-old filed a response Monday to a request to obtain a temporary restraining order on a claim made by Richards in July.
Phypers reportedly checked the box because they “doesn’t agree to the requested order.”
“I’m not abusing her and I don’t abuse her, so there’s no need for such an order,” the businessman wrote before denounced his ex.
Phypers claims the 54-year-old “real housewife of Beverly Hills” alum, calling it “frequently” – “she shows that she is not afraid of me and is offensive” – and is said to ask “other family and friends” to do so too.
In a screenshot of Phypers’ call history obtained by the outlet, it appeared that Richards called him nine times on August 21 and six times on September 2.
The Quantum 360 founder insisted, “I found an air tag tracker on the vehicle 7/6/2025 and she admitted to putting it there.”
Additionally, the Phippers addressed something that was addressed to Richards, who appeared at the couple’s home in Calabasas, California on August 3rd.
“She actively and forcibly incorporated into other family living spaces, including my siblings’ rooms,” he insisted Monday. “Dennis violently destroyed my phone and put it in a trash can buried under a garbage bag and lied, claiming she hadn’t taken my phone.”
He blows up Richards’s spouse’s request for assistance, calling this a “silly… way of harassment.”
“I believe this whole domestic violence procedure is nothing more than a ploy to try and cut me off to avoid getting support from my spouse,” Fips wrote.
Regarding Richards’s Fipe’s desire to return her private photos, he said, “I was the leading photographer on her only fan account, so I took many professional photos of her and I retain copyright to all the photos I took.”
Richards’ representatives and lawyers did not immediately respond to Page 6’s request for comment.
In 2018, on Bravolebrity Wed Weed Phypers, the actor filed for divorce in July.
Richards then accused his former partner of “frequently” and “aggressive” physical violence and “advanced” and verbal abuse, and the judge granted a temporary protection order to the real world.
Fipers denied Richards’ claims in a statement before accusing the actress of alleged incidents and Bicodin addiction.
Her legal team said, “Mr. Richards will not respond to Mr. Fipers’ false allegations in the public forum and will deal with Mr. Fipers’ abuse in court.”
Richards was given permission to return to their home Saturday without violating her restraint orders to retrieve her belongings and dogs.
