Nicole Kidman and private equity tycoon Michael Reinstein are pictured relaxing by the pool in Portofino, Italy, sipping Aperol Spritz in a photo obtained by Page Six.
The pair shared a giggle as they lounged in pool chairs at the Belmond Splendid Hotel this week.
At one point, Reinstein playfully lifted the “Baby Girl” star’s white straw hat from her face.
The Regent founder leaned close to Kidman in a pool chair in another intimate moment.
The 59-year-old actress wore a straw hat, a white see-through top over a blue bikini, white shorts and Chanel flats.
She also carried a small straw bag with her when they left the pool.
Reinstein, on the other hand, wore a navy blue collared shirt, matching swimsuit, white and brown sneakers, and black sunglasses.
Last weekend, Kidman and Reinstein were photographed having a friendly conversation outside their Portofino hotel room.
Mr. Reinstein, a Los Angeles native, founded the global private equity firm in 2013 and serves as its chairman and chief investment officer.
According to the Daily Mail, Kidman traveled to Italy with ex-husband Keith Urban’s daughters Sunday, 18, and Faith, 15.
A source told the outlet that Kidman is focused on finding “happiness” following her divorce.
“She never thought her marriage would fail and did everything she could to protect her family,” the source said. “Her daughters are her best friends and she seems really happy with her life.”
The source added of Kidman, “She’s very easy-going and kind. She keeps her personal life extremely private.”
Page Six has reached out to Kidman’s representatives for comment.
The Oscar winner filed to dissolve her and Urban’s marriage in September 2025, nearly 20 years after they married.
The former couple finalized their divorce in January and agreed to waive all rights to child support and spousal support.
Two months later, Kidman broke her silence about the shocking breakup, telling Variety that she was “always going to move on in a positive direction.”
“What I’m thankful for is my family and letting them be where they are and moving on. That’s it,” she added.
In February, Page Six exclusively confirmed that Kidman was a “single woman” after it was reported that she was being pursued by billionaire businessman Paul Salem.
A source said at the time, “She is not dating anyone, but is a single woman.”
The source added that Kidman is “focused on her children.”
