Kim Delaney’s husband James Morgan was arrested for public intoxication after the couple got into an argument on a recent flight.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Morgan was taken into custody after landing at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday.
He and the “NYPD Blue” actress arrived in Los Angeles on Delta Airlines from Detroit and reportedly got into an argument on the plane.
Morgan is also said to have gotten into an argument with a flight attendant. It is unclear what caused the incident.
“The safety of our customers and crew is always our top priority and we do not tolerate any unruly or illegal behavior,” Delta said in a statement to the airline.
Delaney did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Morgan was arrested in February after police responded to a disturbance at an apartment near Los Angeles.
At the time, authorities received numerous calls from neighbors reporting abusive language in public areas of the couple’s Marina del Rey home.
When police arrived, Morgan was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a public servant or being late.
In March 2025, Delaney, 64, and Morgan were arrested and charged with having a “violent argument that turned physical” at their home.
The “Army Wives” actress was reportedly charged with a felony count of assault with a deadly weapon, while Morgan was charged with a misdemeanor count.
Morgan claimed that Delaney tried to hit her with his car before they were both arrested for domestic violence.
The Emmy Award winner and Morgan tied the knot in October 2022.
Delaney frequently shared images of her husband on social media, but the last time she posted about Morgan was in May 2025.
In the photo, Delaney was sitting on Morgan’s lap, smiling and taking a selfie on an outdoor patio.
“Sunday, such a fun day,” she captioned the photo.
