Her work has also earned her invitations to major industry events. In November 2025, she attended the Cosmopolitan España Influencer Awards and wrote on Instagram in Spanish: “Thank you so much for having me. I’m happy to be surrounded by such talented people.”
She also attended the VI Woman Sport Awards in Barcelona in May 2026.
She spoke candidly about the challenges of social media.
At the Woman Sport Awards ceremony, Garcia reflected on both the opportunities and downsides that come with working as an influencer.
“The best part is being invited to this kind of event and the opportunity it gives you and the brands you work with,” she told Woman Madame Figaro.
She also admitted that life online can be difficult at times.
“The worst thing is too much exposure. Everyone can criticize you and say anything about your life without any clue. I think it’s a little difficult to deal with that.”
Still, Garcia said she tries not to be influenced by outside opinions. “Ultimately, you have to focus on the people who love you and really know you,” she says.
Outside of work, Garcia prioritizes maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
“The most important thing for me is nutrition,” she explained. “Eating a balanced diet can make a big difference in your skin and body’s energy levels.”
She confessed to her fear of flying.
Garcia frequently shares her travel content online, but she’s open about one obstacle she continues to overcome.
“I love to travel, but I’m scared of flying,” she told Woman Madame Figaro. “The two don’t really match, but I’m slowly coming to terms with my fears. I’m planning to travel a lot this summer, both in Spain and abroad…”
She and Yamal met through social media.
Rumors about Garcia and Yamal’s relationship began to spread after the two were spotted together during a trip to Greece in the spring of 2026.
But Garcia says how they met is much simpler than many fans believed.
While traveling to Los Angeles for Spain’s World Cup match against Austria, she directly addressed the rumors on TikTok. “You’re probably expecting a perfect, crazy love story, like how it ended when I saw him in the store…my savior and my hero,” she said via Hola! “Here’s the real story: 3, 2, 1… social media!”
“I want to tell some really crazy stories,” she continued. “Like when I met him at the airport or when I ran into him and dropped my papers and he helped me pick it up. No, no, no. We met on social media.”
Garcia also denied the idea that their relationship began shortly before they were photographed together in Greece.
“When we went to Greece, people started seeing us together,” she explained. “I’ve known Ramin for a lot longer than that. Not three years, but still a lot more months than people realize.”
She added that the relationship developed gradually.
“We gave things time,” she said. “We also spent a long time talking before we met.”
They made their public debut in May 2026.
After sparking dating rumors, García and Yamal confirmed their relationship in May 2026 when they attended FC Barcelona’s end-of-season dinner together.
The two arrived together and later left the event hand in hand, making their first public appearance as a couple.
She was one of Yamal’s biggest supporters during the World Cup.
Since Spain’s opening game, Garcia has regularly shared photos of stadiums across the United States cheering Yamal on through his first World Cup.
After scoring his first World Cup goal against Saudi Arabia, Garcia celebrated on his Instagram Stories.
“The best player in the world is 2 million percent and he’s in good shape too,” she wrote.
After scoring his first World Cup goal, Yamal responded to DAZN’s support by saying, “I dedicate (the goal) to my mother, my girlfriend, my friends and everyone in Mataro’s hometown.”
