Taylor Frankie Paul has checked into rehab as her co-parenting drama with exes Dakota Mortensen and Tate Paul escalates.
Page Six hears that the “Secrets of a Mormon Wife” star was “not forced” to do so.
She did so “on the recommendation of her doctors” and has already left the facility, People magazine reported on Tuesday.
“She is focused on her recovery,” a source told the outlet, without disclosing how long she would be staying. “Those around Taylor want to get her help and see her get better.”
“Everyone is just trying to protect their children,” the source added, referring to Paul’s three young children, daughter Indy, 8, son Ocean, 6, and son Ever, 2.
She welcomed the latter with ex Dakota Mortensen and shares her two older children with ex-husband Tate Paul.
TMZ first reported on the reality star’s rehabilitation time on Tuesday, claiming that Taylor had been in the hospital for a week.
The Hulu personality’s stay at the facility reportedly caused tension with Mortensen, 33, with sources close to the realtor claiming the realtor was in violation of a dual protection order.
Taylor is said to have asked a third party to set up a meeting with Ever to make up for missed meetings during his rehabilitation.
Utah’s Bluffdale Police Department confirmed to Us Weekly on Monday that Mortensen called them to discuss possible violations.
Authorities will then speak with Taylor to ultimately determine whether she violated the order.
Taylor posted about the drama on TikTok, writing in a since-deleted post: “The police called me again this week… what are the odds? And it’s not a person… it’s the same person. Relentless.”
A source told Page Six that the exes “haven’t seen or spoken to each other since the protective order was filed in April.”
Mortensen currently has primary physical custody of Ever, and Taylor has been granted supervised visitation.
Meanwhile, news broke on Tuesday that Tate had filed a restraining order against Taylor and requested sole custody of Indy and Ocean.
According to TMZ, a source close to Taylor said the filing was a “direct result” of Mortensen “lying to Tate about her.”
A source claimed: “She feels Dakota would do anything to hurt her…including using her children, but she is a survivor.”
Representatives for Taylor have not yet responded to Page Six’s request for comment.
The reality TV star and Tate were married from 2016 to 2022, while Taylor and Mortensen dated on and off until 2025.
Since then, the two have accused each other of domestic violence.
