Mickey Rourke showed off his missing tooth as he stepped out in Los Angeles earlier this week.
Photos obtained by Page Six show the former professional boxer looking less than tidy, with stains under his mouth and on his clothes while walking his three small dogs.
Rourke was wearing a gray zip-up hoodie, which he pulled over his head to avoid being seen.
The 73-year-old also wore ripped light blue jeans, white sneakers and aviator sunglasses.
Rourke made headlines earlier this year when he was evicted from his Los Angeles home by landlord Eric T. Goldie.
In a statement to Page Six, Rourke claimed he withheld nearly $60,000 in rent because of the property’s “unacceptable living conditions,” including an “ongoing rodent problem” and “bathroom and plumbing” issues.
The Celebrity Big Brother UK alum said stopping paying rent was “not a decision taken lightly”.
Ricardo Villalobos, Goldie’s lawyer, told Page Six in a statement that his client “waited nearly a year for unpaid rent and made repeated efforts to resolve the matter privately” before deciding to evict Rourke from the home.
The lawyer added that Mr Goldie is “looking to move on and wishes Mr Rourke the best of luck in his future endeavors.”
Back in December, a court filing asked Rourke to order him to vacate the home within three days or pay Goldie $59,100 in back rent.
Rourke was then seen taking her dog and a bag containing her belongings from her home in January.
Page Six then learned that Rourke was staying at a luxury hotel in West Hollywood where prices start at $550 a night.
Lia-Joel Jones, a friend and member of Rourke’s management team, set up a GoFundMe to help Rourke afford a home, but the “Sin City” star denied any involvement in the campaign, which raised $100,000.
In an Instagram video in January, Rourke said he was “embarrassed” and “frustrated” by GoFundMe and insisted he wasn’t asking for “fucking charity.”
“I would put a gun up my butt and pull the trigger…My life is very simple, I don’t want to go to outside sources like that,” he said.
When news of Rourke’s possible eviction surfaced, a source told the Daily Mail that Rourke is said to be living “paycheck to paycheck” because “the movies he’s been in haven’t paid much compared to the lifestyle he’s used to.”
The source also described Mr. Rourke as a “rich poor man” who “spends money so quickly that by the time he starts making money, he’s back at square one.”
