Katherine LaNasa said that after her ex-husband Dennis Hopper died in 2010 at age 74, his ghost visited her several times.
While confessing that he actually believes in ghosts in an interview with W Magazine published on Tuesday, “The Pit” star explained, “The ghost of Dennis Hopper is not going to leave me alone for a really long time.”
The former lovebirds were married from 1989 to 1992, but had been separated for a “very long time” when Hopper visited LaNasa, 59.
“I was his last wife that he wasn’t currently divorced from. So do you think that level of intimacy near death is probably something you can only do with a partner?”
LaNasa recounted the “terrifying” first time Hopper came to visit her. “One time he came in looking like he was at the Academy Awards,” she said.
The “Speed” actor was in a wheelchair and fell, which was “very upsetting” for the “Two and a Half Men” actress.
Hopper also “came over” to LaNasa, sweating, and asked her to leave him alone.
She claimed that Hopper’s ghost was doing it for her.
“Then I felt really weird about it,” she continued. “And the day I told someone how weird I felt about that, I walked home the weird way and came across a gallery where all his pictures were on display. At the very back of the gallery was a picture of him in a fedora winking at the camera.”
For LaNasa, she took the image as a sign that Hopper was letting her go.
However, the late star visited her ex-boyfriend again in a dream.
The previous location of the blaze was a “Greek cafeteria,” and Hopper assured Lanasa he was OK.
The “Big Love” star never heard from him again.
After LaNasa and Hopper (who shares son Henry, 35) divorced in the early ’90s, the latter married actress Victoria Duffy in 1996.
The two were married for 14 years before the “Easy Rider” star filed for divorce — five months before he died from complications from prostate cancer.
LaNasa remarried actor French Stewart in 1998, but the two divorced in 2009.
In 2012, the HBO star married her current husband, “Melrose Place” star Grant Shaw, for the third time.
The couple welcomed their daughter Eloise, now 12, in 2014.
LaNasa and Shaw, 64, were previously married to Pollyanna McIntosh from 2004 to 2011. Almost 14 years later, he’s still going strong.
In April, she cheekily revealed why her other half won’t be able to appear on The Pit.
“He’s too handsome for the show,” LaNasa, who played nurse Dana Evans, told People magazine at the time.
“Maybe he could play a rogue surgeon or something,” she teased.
Although Shaw’s future in medical dramas was uncertain, he worked with his wife on HBO’s “Big Love” in 2006, where they first met.
Shaw and LaNasa have also co-starred in the drama “Satisfaction,” the comedies “Devious Maze,” and “Dynasty.”
“He was still a bit of a wild guy when I met him,” the actress recalled of meeting the actor. “I thought, ‘I don’t really understand this guy.’ I was very attracted to him, but at that age I didn’t feel like I was going to cause any problems. I was in my early 40s.”
LaNasa praised the show for capturing her heart.
“He’s such a wonderful person, such a wonderful husband, such a wonderful father. I’m so happy to be with him,” she exclaimed.
