Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce went out on another date Friday.
The engaged couple, both 36, were spotted holding hands as they arrived at Italian restaurant Sartiano’s at the Mercer Hotel in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood.
The “Cruel Summer” singer modeled a black Stella McCartney minidress ($1,290, $645) with a crew neck and peak sleeves, which she paired with a sleek Dior bag ($2,900) trimmed with a subtle bow and croc-embossed Dior heels ($1,550).
To complete the look, the second LBD she’s worn this month, Swift accessorized with hoop earrings and her favorite Cartier Santos Demoiselle watch.
Meanwhile, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end wore a floral Valentino shirt ($1,490, $894) trimmed with pink tassels.
The NFL player completed his look with brown slacks, Bottega Veneta loafers, and his own gold Santos de Cartier watch.
The couple’s last outing came a week after they attended a dinner party at Honey’s Cocktail Bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. And the day before, they enjoyed a casual date night at Or’esh restaurant.
Friday’s date night came hours after it was reported that one of the wedding guests balked at an “awkward” request for an event invitation.
“My invitation didn’t allow me to bring a plus-one,” the anonymous guest claimed to the Daily Mail.
“I mean, what should I do? Go alone? It’s so awkward. I don’t want to go alone and I don’t know if there will be a lot of people there so I don’t think I’ll participate. I mean, I’m sorry, but I’m not friends with Gigi and Bella Hadid!”
Reported guests also complained that other guests appeared to be allowed to bring their plus-ones to the July 3 gala in New York City.
“I know Selena Gomez brings her husband Benny Blanco, so she has a plus one, but I’m not allowed to have a plus one because I’m a single woman,” the guest added.
“I understand that. We’re probably only going to have a limited amount of people in the venue, but it doesn’t feel the best.”
She said the invitation request was so off-putting for guests that she was considering quitting high-profile weddings.
“It’s the biggest wedding of the year, but I might miss it because I’m shy,” the guest said about the upcoming event. It will be held that morning at a venue known only to the guests.
Swift and Kelsey got engaged in August of last year after dating for two years.
Guests scheduled to attend the upcoming wedding include Chiefs coach Andy Reid, Gomez and Gigi (who are part of the bridal party), Zoe Kravitz and Graham Norton.
