Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi claims Wendy William once forced her to drink beer on camera to support pregnancy rumors.
On Tuesday’s episode of “Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe,” the “Jersey Shore” alum recalled her appearance on William’s daytime show of the same name in 2012, before publicly announcing she was pregnant with her first child.
“Yes, she was intimidating,” Polizzi said of Williams, but friend Joey Camasta countered, “Remember when she made you drink when you were pregnant?”
When Camasta clarified that the reality star was “secretly pregnant,” Polizzi, 38, replied, “She was.”
“She heard there were rumors that I was pregnant,” Polizzi explained. “She brought beers for me and Jenny (Farley) and said, ‘Let’s see if you’re pregnant!’
Polizzi called the moment “so crazy” and revealed that she pretended to drink beer on camera, adding: “I didn’t even take a sip.”
Representatives for William could not immediately be reached for comment to Page Six.
Footage of the 2012 interview shows Polizzi pretending to take a sip of beer as Williams exclaims, “I mean, I’m not pregnant! That was a set up.”
The reality star gave birth to her first child, son Lorenzo, who is now 13 years old, in August 2012.
Polizzi is also the mother of 11-year-old daughter Giovanna and 6-year-old son Angelo.
The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star has three children with husband Gioni Laval, whom she married in November 2014.
Meanwhile, Polizzi is currently battling stage 1 cervical cancer.
Polizzi announced her diagnosis in February and confirmed in April that she would undergo a hysterectomy as part of her treatment plan.
“I’m not good with pain, so the thought of having organs removed scares me,” she told People magazine about the surgery to remove her uterus.
“It’s part of being a woman, and it’s really upsetting to think that even if you’re done having children, you won’t be able to,” Polizzi added. “It confuses you a little.”
