Paradigm is launching a physical production division led by veteran agents Gil Harari and Jonathan Silverman.

Harari and Silverman previously held key roles at Paradigm, where they helped build and shape the agency’s physical production business early in their careers. This move not only reunites them with the company, but also represents a strategic effort to further strengthen Paradigm’s position in the long-form and high-end television space.

Harari transitioned into physical production at Scholas Agency and built a solid client list across cinematography, production design, and editing. After subsequent roles at BWCS and ICM, Harari first joined Paradigm, where he grew the business before being selected to help launch APA’s physical production division. During his tenure, he rapidly built one of the most competitive divisions in the industry, including the acquisition of Montana Artists Agency.

Harari’s client credits include “The Conjuring,” “Aquaman,” “The King’s Speech” and “The Imitation Game.”

Silverman’s path to becoming an agent began in production before transitioning into the agency world through William Morris’ Mailroom Training Program. Silverman was then hired by Paradigm at just 32 years old to become co-head of the division and play a key role in staffing projects ranging from “Gosford Park,” “Be Cool” and “Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift” to HBO’s “The Sopranos.”

“Sam Gores and Paradigm have always been good to us and this return feels like a full-circle moment,” Harari said. “The opportunity to build something meaningful with Jonathan, whose career I have admired for many years, makes this especially exciting. As our industry rapidly evolves, our team will leverage its experience and relationships to become a top destination for production talent seeking authentic guidance and hands-on expression.”

Mr. Silverman added, “Gil and I have been looking for the right opportunity to collaborate for years. It is an incredibly energizing moment to reunite at Paradigm, a place that has been so important to our careers, and to work with such a dynamic group of agents.”

“Gil and Jonathan are two of the most respected agents in the physical production space, with a track record of building an elite client roster and driving meaningful growth,” said Andrew Roof, Managing Partner of Paradigm. “It is especially meaningful to welcome them back to this leadership position as they both played key roles at Paradigm early in their careers. Their combined experience, relationships and vision make them the ideal team to lead the next phase of our physical production business.”

Silverman helped build Endeavor’s physical production division from the ground up, which later became the foundation of WME. He played key roles in film deals such as “The Hurt Locker” and “Quantum of Solace.” He then founded Intrinsic, focusing on both high-end television and feature programming. He went on to land big contracts with acclaimed series including feature-length features such as “Game of Thrones,” “Fallout” and “Get Out.”

Both companies bring years of mutual respect and complementary expertise, positioning the physical production sector for significant growth. Their return reflects Paradigm’s broader momentum as the company continues to attract top talent and leadership across multiple functions.

Mr. Harari and Mr. Silverman will be based in Los Angeles.
