Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos struggle to process a “surreal” breakup as their canceled wedding date approaches.
The ex-couple still “doesn’t know what happened,” a source told the Daily Mail on Thursday.
“They are both still processing the emotions of their wedding, which was scheduled for a few days later,” the source added, noting that guests who were scheduled to attend the April 10 wedding in Lake Como, Italy, “are still in touch.”
The newspaper noted that the NFL quarterback and his ex-fiancée, both 32 years old, are raising two young daughters, 2-year-old Margaret and 10-month-old Aurora, and that “they can’t just break up” and “they still have to face it.”
“They are in the middle of everything,” the source claimed. “They didn’t have the space to really cry or even work through it. They’re doing everything they can to not focus on the fact that the relationship is completely over.”
According to the report, the two are “just fine,” but Prescott and Ramos are “both emotionally disturbed and trying to put on a serious face.”
The source concluded, “They are taking it one day at a time, but the next few days are going to be tough, especially as the wedding approaches.”
Representatives for Prescott and Ramos did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Last month, news broke that Athlete and Ramos would no longer be walking down the aisle.
The latter sent the following email to his loved ones:
“We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your prayers.”
Page Six reported that the two, who have been dating since 2023, called off their wedding due to suspicions of “infidelity.”
Officials say Ramos believes Prescott communicated with other women while they were together.

As for custody of their young children, Ramos and Prescott agreed to amicably negotiate temporary custody.
The Dallas Cowboys player proposed to Ramos in October 2024, eight months after starting a family.
