Tiger Woods’ girlfriend Vanessa Trump and daughters Kai and Khloe were not passengers in Tiger Woods’ car when he crashed his car on Friday, a source confirmed to Page Six.
According to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, Woods was involved in a rollover car accident on Friday in Jupiter Island, Florida.
Police later confirmed that he was alone at the time of the accident.
Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said at a news conference Friday that Woods was driving the Land Rover when the crash occurred around 2 p.m. ET.
Woods, 50, allegedly tried to pass a commercial pressure washer and clipped the “back end” of the truck’s trailer, causing the vehicle to overturn.
At that point, the player crawled out of the car. He was unharmed.
As a result of this accident, Woods was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, criminal damage to property, and refusing to submit to a legal test.
He is currently being held in the Martin County Jail and is expected to remain there for the next eight hours, as required by Florida law.
Authorities claimed Woods appeared to be under the influence of “some type of drug or narcotic.” He scored zero on a breathalyzer test and refused a urine test.
The professional golfer was first reported to be secretly dating Vanessa, 48, in March 2025.
At the time, a source exclusively told Page Six that the relationship was “not that serious” but “heading in that direction.”
“They have a lot in common. They’re both used to the public eye. They know how to keep their personal lives private. They’re both parents,” the source added.
Shortly after news of their relationship broke, Woods officially confirmed their relationship on social media.
“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!” the professional golfer posted via X, along with two photos of him cozying up to Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife.
A year later, the pair still seem to be going strong. Earlier this week, the couple was spotted packing on the PDA at a golf game in Florida on Tuesday.
In addition to her daughters, Vanessa is also the mother of sons Donald III, Tristan, and Spencer with her ex-husband.
Woods has two children with ex-wife Elin Nordegren, daughter Sam Alexis and son Charlie Axel.
Woods has been involved in multiple car accidents in the past, including another rollover accident in February 2021 in which he was seriously injured while driving in California.
