Taylor Frankie Paul has spoken out about the damage leaked footage of a 2023 domestic violence incident has had on her children.
The “Mormon Wives” star left an emotional comment on a TikTok video on Friday, slamming ex Dakota Mortensen for allegedly leaking a disturbing video on her son Ever’s second birthday.
The MomTok creator, 31, accused her toddler of being “robbed away” from her special day.
The reality star added, “The worst part is that my daughter (Indy) has to relive it and watch it again years later after doing so much work with her and apologizing to her (sic) for that night.”
In a video released by TMZ last week, an 8-year-old girl can be heard crying as her mother throws furniture at Mortensen.
At the time, young children could be beaten with metal barstools, and Paul was arrested.
She pleaded guilty to the felony charge of aggravated assault under a plea agreement that reduced her other charges (two counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child) to misdemeanors as long as she complied with a three-year suspended sentence.
The Hulu personality tearfully reflected on the “tough” incident during an interview on “Call Her Daddy” to promote the September 2025 season of “The Bachelorette.”
“I have never hurt my daughter. I have never intentionally done anything to my children,” she claimed at the time.
However, ABC confirmed that Paul’s season had been canceled shortly after the cellphone footage went viral.
She issued a statement through her representative at the time, accusing Mortensen of waging “a never-ending, desperate, high-profile, destructive campaign to harm (her) with no regard for the impact on the child.”
The 33-year-old clapped back to “categorically deny” his ex-girlfriend’s claims.
Paul, who has been dating Mortensen on and off since 2022, has strongly defended his active presence on social media throughout the scandal.
“(I’m) always fine…and yes, that’s my job…I still have to work,” she wrote via TikTok over the weekend.
Paul also responded to a fan who begged him to “hang up” by asking, “Can I just stare at the wall instead?”
Notably, production on Season 5 of SLOMW was paused while Paul and Mortensen were investigated in a new domestic violence case, following “allegations from both parties” in February.
Mortensen was granted a protective order against Paul on Thursday, which will temporarily keep the real estate agent in custody pending a hearing on April 7.
