Kendall Jenner is the model of the moment.
She looked divine on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2026 wearing a Chanel baby blue corset dress.
Jenner slipped into a dress embellished with layers of fabric in shades of blue and white, embroidered with gradient sun sequins and depicting mushrooms.
The runway collection, designed by new creative director Mathieu Blazy, featured whimsical shrooms throughout, including mushroom heels (although it was unclear which shoes Jenner herself chose).
She relied on Tiffany & Co. for her jewelry and wore 4-carat diamond drop earrings and a 6-carat diamond ring, both set in platinum.
The painterly hidden message was likely a reference to the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star’s love of fungi. In 2022, the model revealed her love for mushroom tea to the Wall Street Journal as part of her wellness routine.
Sisters Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, 30, founder of 808 Tequila, also attended the bash. The sisters all chose sequined dresses for the night, but they didn’t pose together on the carpet.
The supermodel is no stranger to glamorous parties, but this year is especially special as her sister Kylie Jenner graces the cover this month.
This is Jenner’s seventh Vanity Fair Oscar Party, which she has attended every year since 2018 except for 2020 and 2021 (the latter was not held due to COVID-19).
At the same event last year, Jenner looked quite demure in a high-necked, long-sleeved gown made of black lace. However, upon closer inspection, it turns out that its completely sheer exterior is made of rubber, giving it an edge.
A vintage Thierry Mugler design from 1992, it featured a thigh-high slit and bell sleeves. She then transformed into Mugler’s second look, a micro-mini from the brand’s Spring/Summer 1998 collection for a party with Jay-Z and Beyoncé.
Some of her most memorable looks include a sheer Maison Margiela corset gown in 2024 and a sky-high slit above the hipbone in a loincloth-like Rami Kadi dress in 2019.
When it comes to bold fashion, never count out the Kardashians and Jenners.
