David Harbor can’t quit Raya.
A source told Page Six that Lily Allen’s ex-boyfriend still uses a dedicated dating app. The very platform where the former couple allegedly first connected and where she allegedly discovered he was cheating on her.
Our single source said they recently saw him on a dating site, and the site claimed he was in New York City and his account was active.
The app, launched in 2015, is billed as an “online membership community for meeting, networking, and making new friends.” The dating site is known for attracting celebrities such as Simone Biles, Amy Schumer, Joe Jonas, Channing Tatum, and Chris Rock.
Representatives for Harbor did not respond to requests for comment.
The Stranger Things star and Allen met at Raya in 2019 and were married in Las Vegas in September 2020 by an Elvis Presley impersonator.
According to a Daily Mail report in January 2025, Allen returned to Raya to catch Harbor cheating.
Allen is said to have joined the app herself to “play detective” and discovered that her husband, David Harbor, 49, had already set up a dating profile. “He was listed as active for at least a month,” the Daily Mail reported. (A Harbor representative did not respond to this report.)
After the breakup, Allen entered an emotional rehabilitation center and released a heartbreaking album, West End Girl, which was inspired by her breakup with the actor.
Harbor and Allen separated in February 2025.
Allen wrote the song “Madeline” about someone (presumably Harbour) breaking the rules of an “open” marriage. She also hinted that her ex-lover was a “sex addict” who cheated on her.
Speculation also surfaced that Harbor was having an affair with costume designer Natalie Tippett. (Both men did not respond to Page Six’s requests for comment at the time.)
As for Allen, things seem to have gotten better since their relationship ended.
“When you’re in a situation like that and you’re going through that kind of pain, people always say, ‘It will pass, you’ll come out the other side.’ Believe it or not, I’m here a year later and living my best life,” Allen said on “CBS Morning” in November.
It seems like she uses Raya to meet people. She and actor James Norton sparked romance rumors after they were spotted at London’s Lido Festival in June 2025.
The two reportedly met on an app.
